Supreme Court Ruling on Adoption

The Supreme Court yesterday published the attached press release outlining the judgement in an important case concering adoption procedure in Scotland. Rhona Pollock, AFA Scotland's Legal Consultant, will prodcue a brieing note about this judgment within the next week, to assist agenices to consider the implications of the judgement for thier practice.
